Can I wear it over a wetsuit?

Yes. The unisex oversized fit is intended to go over wet kit and normal clothing.

How should I wash it?

Wash inside out on a gentle 30°C cycle with non-biological detergent or a technical cleaner. Do not use fabric conditioner or tumble dry; hang or lay flat at room temperature.
