Quick Summary
Boardworx offers free Mainland UK delivery on most orders over £50. Smaller orders start from £3.50 delivery, depending on the item size, weight and delivery address.
Some oversized items, including certain boards, sails, masts, booms, and kayaks, may have different delivery rules or be collection-only.
Dispatch Times
All in-stock items ordered before midday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after midday are usually dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, tracking details will be included in your dispatch email.
UK Delivery Methods
Small items under 5kg, such as t-shirts, wetsuit gloves, wetsuit boots, reef shoes, kitesurfing lines and similar accessories, are normally sent by Royal Mail tracked, but we sometimes use Evri or FedEx.
Larger or heavier items over 5kg, such as kiteboards, windsurfing boards and sails, are normally sent by courier.
Most UK deliveries arrive quickly, and many small parcels arrive the next working day, but next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Free delivery applies to most Mainland UK orders over £50, but not to all locations or oversized products. Exclusions may include BT and Ireland postcodes, islands, the Highlands, some Scottish addresses, second-hand surfboards, kiteboards, kayaks and items over 150cm.
Some large items, including selected masts and booms, do not qualify for free postage. The delivery charge will be shown at checkout, where available.

Overseas Delivery
Boardworx is not currently offering overseas delivery as standard because international shipping costs, taxes and duties can vary significantly and cannot always be calculated accurately at checkout.
